Can my employees edit their own personal details?
Yes. Your employees can edit their personal details using Employee Self Service. This feature also enables your employees to manage their dependents’ information, emergency contact details, view their taxation, compensation, and job information.
I don’t want my employees to enter their personal details without a supervisor’s permission. Can I set restrictions?
Yes. You can add restrictions to Employee Self-Service as well as to Manager Self-Service from within the Maintenance module. You can completely restrict employee access, or you can require supervisor/manager approval before the edits are updated.
I am using a different third party software solution for my employee information. If I migrate to your HR & Benefits solution can you transfer all my employee data?
Yes. The data from your current system can easily be imported into our HR & Benefits solution using our import/export feature. Additionally, you can take advantage of our professional services team to import the data for you.
I want to customize the screen names, field labels, menus as per our business requirements. Can I set them up as per my requirements?
Yes. Menu systems and screens and field labels are customized based on your requirements using our Customization Manager.
Can employees view their Total Compensation Report online?
Yes. All you need to do is make the Total Compensation Report available to your employees and they can easily view this information. This report consists of all the elements that you would like your employees to view on the screen. We can also customize it to meet your needs to display the compensation, benefits, any miscellaneous information, Cover letter from the President of your company along with any photographs and charts.
