iEmployee Training: FAQ

How do my employees enroll in classes?

As long as you have given your employee access to iEmployee Training, they would simply log in and see a new Training menu. Once they are in iEmployee Training, they would select “enrollment” where they could see a list of classes. Your employees will only see classes for which they are eligible.

Does iEmployee Training keep a historical record of the training taken by employees?

Yes. Employees, managers, administrators can always log in and view not only current available classes, but all previous classes taken and the “graded” status of those previous classes.

Do employees have to always register themselves for classes?

No. iEmployee Training allows for managers and administrators to automatically register employees on their behalf. Additionally, groups of people can be registered at a time to remove the tedious task of registering individual employees.

Do we have to invest a lot upfront?

No. iEmployee is an On-Demand workforce Management solution also known as Software as a Service. By choosing iEmployee, you won’t have to purchase additional hardware or spend valuable IT resources to install and configure like you would with an in-house solution.
