What will be changing in the new release?
The biggest change you'll notice on the Winter Release is an updated user interface for the Time & Attendance module. Employees and managers will benefit from a streamlined navigation and layout, providing quick and easy access to commonly used features of the product. You'll also notice enhancements to iClock Advanced, Accruals and Flexible Pay Schedules that will make these features more reliable and robust than ever.
What do I need to do to get the new release?
You don't need to do anything to receive the new release. As a hosted solution, the new release of iEmployee will be made available to you automatically during a scheduled maintenance window. The enhancements to Accruals don't require any configuration or change management. Flexible Pay Schedules is a new feature set that can be configured by your Administrator. When will I see these changes?
The Winter Release will happen before the end of the year. We will send out several email messages beforehand to notify you of the exact date.
Will my managers and employees notice a difference?
Your users will still have access to all the features they are accustomed to including Time Off and Timesheet functionality. The biggest change your users will see is the style of the user interface and some minor changes to layout of basic product navigation including Home, Ideas, Help and Logout.
How will this affect my payroll processing?
We think this will further streamline your payroll processing by reducing errors, increasing efficiency, and providing even more accurate and reliable workforce information.
